hey guys, as some of you may know i did the s15 conversion (if you didnt know, now you do). my problem is that im trying to adjust the beam. i put HID's 6500k. when i try to adjust them, they will only go up and down but not side to side. i tried turning the little "wheel" (dont know the proper name for it so this will have to do) and it goes up or down. i thought to myself "since that "wheel" makes it go up and down the other one will make it side to side". when i tried it, it just went up and down also. dont see any other "wheels" there except for the brights and am all out of ideas. trying to align them before i go out this coming weekend but who knows if that will be possible.
i dont have pics cuz my camera is at my sisters house so pics are out of the question untill further notice. can anyone chime in w/ some other ideas besides looking for more "wheels"?
other than that prob the lights look sick as hell and am loving it....help guys pls...

P.S. i was reading jeffs thread (woa_its_j3ff) and thought "hmmmm maybe its my blinker fluid" but that cant be the prob cuz i just recently filled it. ROFLMFAO.

sorry jeff, i had to do it.
almost there...what do you think?

hahahah funny man. i actually had this issue too. i can only adjust my headlights up and down. never knew there was one for side to side..
you're probably dont work because you dont have that synthetic blinker fluid for your s15 headlights. :drinking:

wow how long did it take to get those headlights done? im guessing you had to customize the bumper to make them fit.

I don't know about S15 lights, but on a Solara there's a bolt under a plastic cylinder.

the entire job took about 8months. but i did alot of the work myself. the bumper is not a stock bumper its the R34 bumper and even that had to be customized. the work consisted of a full body kit, fender flares molded on, rear bumper molded, left tail pipe hole covered, s15 headlights, front bumper was not molded, fenders had to be shaped just right to fit the lights and also molded the side skirts, and the hood was cut to make it a TRD hood. and the paint job is black w/ a blue pearl.
it was alot of work and many ppl told me that it was crazy to do it. when i had problems w/ something some ppl even ragged on me about starting a project when i had not done all my homework( which is total bs, but w/e). all in all she looks great.

i did that. what your talking about is a "wheel" looking thing right? there is two of them for the projectors and two of them for the hi beams. didnt see any other "wheels". is there something im missing? something else that makes them go side to side? i'll post pics tomorrow but its sooooooo cramped in there. kinda hard to see really.

Well, theoretically it's one that stands out from the rest and usually towards the very side of the housing and about 1" long.

would you happen to have a pic as to what it looks like on the stock headlights and hopefully it can give me an idea what it can look like on the s15 headlights? my only other option would be to completely take off the lights but that would be a bitch. its really cramped in there....hopefully i can find it soon.

Yeah that's one of them... The one on the other end should adjust it vertically.
