Need help with OEM Alarm

I have a 2000 Toyota Solara V6 SE and for those of you who have the Toyota OEM alarm, how do I change the settings of the alarm on the remote to allow the corners and tails to flash when locking and unlocking the vehicle? I must have changed it somehow and was wondering if any of you know how to reverse the process as it now just locks and unlocks the vehicle without any lights flashing. Also the sound is still the same just lights don't flash.

Turns out the taillights weren't even turning on. The fuse was blown. I replaced it and everything works normal again. Although what causes shortages? I recently disabled the DRLs, not sure if that could have caused the fuse to blow.

it shouldnt. honestly it can be anything that causes a fuse to blow. i made a fuse blow just by having the tip of a screwdriver touch an open socket on my car. a single thing upon a list of many.
