Count me in. i already have talked to one guy about buying his used 1.5 kit, but if that doesnt work out.. even though it should then count me in completely.

You guys just let me know! Im always a phone call away, just be prepared for a screaming baby in the background at times. :)

*EDIT* Who would like the honors of coordinating this group buy, basically getting headcount, setting deadlines, and squeezing necks for payment? :)

Email me if interested.

I'm going to try to get a cross forum group buy going to get better discounts. I'll contact Kaminari tomorrow to see the possibilities of getting a discount on number of kits sold regardless of vehicle application so if you have friends with different cars that want kits let me know or refer them to me.

I may create a thread i our forums to get head counts and stuff, as long as its ok with this forum to post the link.

I guess I better start working on the wicked weasel forums! :)

Nope, 1.5 kit fits just fine with some extra screws (and some gap between the lip and bumper)

gen 1 kits are hard enough to find as is. it IS a 1.5 but sides and rear will fit perfect. the front just needs some more 3m tape and a screw or 2. i just have yet to find out where exactly to drill a hole and screw it in :( because I don't even have a damn drill..

I believe the screws are self tapping so no drill would be required. The positioning of the screws is up to the installer. You can actually minimize or eliminate the front gap by proper positioning of the front screws.
