This is what i got in 2.5 in it took a few hundred miles to break in

Thank you. Im going to find out how much a shop is going to charge to make that section between the muffler and the cat with that Glass Pack. Im guessing it will be around $100 bucks.

Make sure you get the right size that is 2.5 I think you need 2 in. Also you should be able to do it with a pipe cutter / hacksaw clamps and a section of pipe for under $35

Ok thanks for the heads up. So did you increase your piping size from 2in to 2.5in?

Yes I am running 2.5 in piping all custom from the manifolds back. Here are some pics of my FIRST ATTEMPT I have sense reworked it to a more acceptable incarnation.

Cool, did you have a hanger welded to your glass pack in the place of the stock one? Its hard to tell. And you have a lift!

I welded a piece of bent threaded rod to the glass pack for a hanger. And yes on occasion I do have a life but it belongs to my Dad's bosses.

I got a quote from a shop nearby and they told me $450. So I think Ill pass. Im going to check out another shop I heard of which will hopefully not try to rip me off. I really think this a $100 job and at most which is probably a rip off is $200. I got my whole catback exhaust installed on my camaro for $200 so i would think this should cost much less. Wish me luck
