Squeaky Gen 1 soilara door panel

Hi all, I have a habit of driving with my knee pressed against the driver side door and very recently, the entire door panel began squeaking with just a tiny bit of pressure to it. And when I'm driving on the twisting 110 pasadena freeway every day, this squeaking sound really drives me nuts, it makes my car sound like it's a piece of plastic junk that's falling apart...

What can I do do get rid of this panel squeak? thanks all...

remove the panel, clean it out and put it back together securely

i would do that but i don't have a guide. i probably can't put it back without one.

ya its very easy....the guide there pretty much is all you do...just don t forget the little sail piece at the top

and don't strip any screws when putting it back in...i would hand turn them till you know they are ok.

ive had that same issue ever since i got my window regulator replaced...

thanks for the guide. i found the plastic cover in the door completely fell off (the glue are too old). More things to do than fixing the squeak.
