I want to become a member but I can't afford it. I have to keep getting my car serviced. My next project is to get the steam turbines re-lubricated and re-seated.

Tire Pressure

Postby JMS » Tue May 20, 2003 1:10 pm

I keep 32 psi on my stock 16". For my 18" with 225/40 18 I keep it at 35 psi. It keeps it handling nicely while still being sporty. I came up with 35 psi b/c if you look at the Solara manual, it says that if you intend on going faster than 100mph on a regular basis put 35 psi on your stock 16". I decided to keep 32 psi on my 16" and the aforementioned 35 psi on my 18". Jon.
