If it gets too lean and goes into knock you can blow the engine. Trust me, I did it..

I never blow an engine...and it's mainly because I avoid running too lean ! ;) I know that I don't have the same amount of experience then some of the guys here...but even so. I'll tell you later the scientific process why it is dangerous for the engine.

WTH.. How long have you been running that car on that new tuning ATS did for you recently? Did they tune your car for the nonWOT drive? Im sure your 02 isnt shot because that thing barely has 10k miles on it. Its something else.

If I ever make it up to denton Ill peep it out and see whats up with it but it doesnt sound like the car i once know. ESPECIALLY get that y pipe in. I think your motors stressing.

Eh im busy right now. Did they ever printed you the dyno sheet along with the a/f read out? Post it up. Because you say the car runs just fine only that it Vacs at 10 and still boost up to 5.5psi when so. If thats the cause maybe the cars not giving enough fuel at idle causing the car to choke and lean out or its giving to much fuel to rich itself out too much. Im sure all the hoses are tight as you said and the boost actuator is new along with them sensors. Its either tunning or I dont know myself.
