You can always buy the coin tray insert for the center console compartment... =P

I originally bought it because you'd rarely see them on the road... after I bought it and got home... I realized "hey my lights are different... what the heck?" then I never saw another 02 on the road. But nowadays... everyone AND their mom owns a Solara in the SGV area =\ But it's still a pimp-ass ride :P

actually, that's sort of ongoing joke here on the boards. you'd only have the cointray if you have the SLE model. i don't, i have the SE.

i guess i'm lucky then.. i have an SE and a cointray.

Nope, I got manual Climate Control, with the three knobs. Speaking of which, anyone know how much it would be to get three new knobs?

i have the cointray.. i have a 02 SE also i have a moonroof along with most options that the SLE has. Only thing i have missing is the: Rear Disc Brakes, Auto Climate and V6. Mine even came with leather when i was at the dealer. but i told them that i didn't want it and they put the velour seats in for me and took $2k Off my sticker price. also mine came with JBl system with the 6 Disc Changer. I guess i got Lucky. But i love this car because of the design and the ride quality. Nice comfort of a luxury coupe but with a sporty look. In the end the Solara is a great car.

I fell in love with the smooth, comfortable ride. BTW I have a 2000 SE V6 with a coin tray.

:o Oh so that's the coin tray? I thought the coin tray was the door that covers the fuse box. I keep my coins there because they dont make noise coz the tray has cushion. Btw, I also have that slide tray.

actually that picture IS of the ash tray not the coin tray...the coin tray is considered to be two things...one is the fuse box cover...and the other is the slide out tray above the automatic climate control...the picture is definitely of the ash tray, however some people use it as the coin tray...thanx for letting me make my point...i think i got this one right!
