Rims and sizes

I am about to buy a set of rims for my 2002 solara, I have a great deal on a set of 20's and wondering if they are going to fit. Their bolt pattern is 5*135mm and the offset is +10mm and the backside is 4.75. So if any of you guys know if they would fit please don't hesitate to respond.
Thank You
