No and not really. It is best if you can tune your A/F ratios after the install..

You would have to have a SAFC or some kind of piggy back. It will work without it but you get the max benefits if you retune your fuel trims.

if i dont have one...would it be worth it to get the bored out throttle body?

or how much would a SAFC or a piggy back system cost?

Yes, you will be pleased without the additional mods.

OK I got the idle fixed part of the throttle rotor was keeping the plate open a little and thus making a high idle. It is not perfect now about 900 but I will see what it does. To fix it I had to grind the rotor a bit with my dremel here are some pics. I removed a little material where the green arrow and my finger are. I was worried about making the gap too big but upon inspection the original I noticed it does not touch at idle.

******EDIT******
Computer has kicked in and Idle is perfect

the only thing i'm concern on the 2gr is because it's DBW (drive by wire) and don't know how to adjust the idle compare to the lara (fly by wire), they said they can do it for like 215...who has an extra TB for 2gr..haha
The ONE & ONLY Fully Loaded 2006 X Avalon Limited with Body Kit in CA = Special Limited Edition + First 2GR-FE rebored the throttle body (i think...)
