Thanks! So far I'm still planning on having another sale later in the year. This one might include GPS, backup camera systems, or backup LED/LCD systems. They sell those as well, and are a huge supplier to Germany for the backup kits especially.

Sorry I couldn't read the whole topic (I am working and the elves are looking for me!):

If I was to order low/high beams and fog lamp HIDs for my 2005 Solara, what $$$ would I be looking into?

Again, sorry since I can't read much, I would like some color like the 2007 Solara has...too white might get me in trouble with the cops here!

Last, how do I pay? Paypal?

Low and high HID kits as well as a fog light kit? If they are all 35w, then you're looking at $300. If you want all 50w kits, then you're looking at $390.

Paypal to rdkpaid@gmail.com but do it today before 6pm Mountain Time.

Has anyone tried 4300k bulbs on the 2nd generation solaras? Will it still give off the blue color from the projectors?
If it does, I want to get 4300k for maximum output with a nice blue flicker like OEM hid cars.

geminiz - The 4300k bulbs should not have any blue in them. Anything over 5300k as I know has a hint of blue, and anythng under has no blue and starts to get a yellowish hint in it. The 4300k will be white, but have a slight bit of yellow in them.

He's wondering if the Gen 2 projectors will cause a blue tinge in the 4300's... to date, I don't think anyone has put 4300's in their housing.

THE GROUP BUY IS NOW OVER!!

If you ordered a kit, you will be recieving a PM shortly to confirm your order and delivery info. I need a reply TONIGHT because the final order is being placed.

To everyone who hasn't paid: DON'T WORRY! I'll be holding another sale in mid-July or early August for another group buy. The prices will not be the same, however. Every kit will be increased another $10 because I'm taking a hit on the shipping costs for this group buy. his means the 35w kits will cost $110 shipped, ect.

I had 6000k on my projectors, it produces a purple color on the cutoff line and when looking directly at the headlights.

If 4300k bulbs will produce a light blue, then I will take 4300k over 5000k for maximum light output.

What exact colors do you guys see (cutoff and on the headlights) with 5000k bulbs on the 2nd generation projectors?

geminiz - it would have been great if you could have told me that you want to change last night. I have already ordered the kits, and they are on their way. ETA is this Friday or Monday morning to my door, then ETA to your house is Tues.-Thurs.
