Electrical problems?

Just got my car back from the body shop and having some problems. None of the guages/console stuff lights up now... I also have 2 neons under the dash, one on drivers and one on passenger. Both are just spliced in to the back of the cigarette lighter and have worked fine for a year, however once I got my car back the one on the passenger side does not come on. I checked the wires to the lights and they seem to be fine. Kinda weird since the lights both go to the same place... The check engine light was on, too, but didn't come back on after I cleared it. Any ideas?

I dunno, I opened the fuse box but then realized it was dark and I couldn't see anything. However, since the neons are both wired to the back of the cigarette lighter, it couldn't be a fuse if one works and one doesn't... Unless one shorted or something?

I'd take it back to the body shop and have them repair all the stuff (minus your neons), I think either your wires need to be re-tested..or one of them is KAPUT!
