. How much better are your roads over there? Last time I was in Illinois I remember them being much nicer than ours, so you might want to consider the 18-inch version.
The last thing I would raise as a concern about is the quality. RS LIMITED is distributed by the same company that distributes ADR, which can be seen @

http://www.wheelmax.com RS Limiteds are distributed as a low-end brand to ADR, as Pulsar is to Seiko for example. Although I have had no problems with ADR, I have seen some voice quality concerns about their, ADR's, products. I would therefore think twice before I would invest in their "low-end" option.
If you like this style, I believe it is a remake of a Racing Hart wheel, which I don't think would have the same Q/A concerns
