after a long weeks worth of work (on and off of course) my fiberglass enclosure is for the most part, complete, in otherwords, its in the car with speakers in it, wired and all. i have yet to fidle with and find the elusive perfect amount of polyfill and i have to tinker with my amp some more as well since i went from a bandpass to a sealed box. im satisfied all in all, looks pretty slick, weighs roughly 45 pounds less (plywood 4 port box before) should have the carpet on it by wedensday

heres a teaser

*Mod Edit: link to pic 'cuz that shiz is HUGE!! :o

Not to shabby. But, you should scale down that pic - it's soooo huge!!!

Yeah! Scale down the pic.

Are those 10s or 12s? I have a friend that has both (2 of each) and he is able to control them separately. Its incredible how sloppy the 12s are. The 10s are very sharp. I guess its 10s for quality and 12s or 15s for volume.

Need to carpet or paint the box (after sanding down). If you are going to make it with fiberglass, you might as well make some curves in the box. It doesn't have to be so square.

One more suggestion... DYNAMAT

lots and lots of dynamat

Redgen1 - linked to your pic 'cuz it's more than triple the size it should be. Fix it and you can post it again. ;)

not bad at all
where many hate, few will love,
But for those who love,
they'll see what it's like to live.
