^seriously, FL has absolutely no inspection process for cars. You pay your tag fee every year, they send you a sticker for your tag, that's it...nothing more.

Your car could throw out nuclear waste here, no problem.

I've totally seen this car in Mesa! It was at AMF late at night. I took a pic on my phone, and I'll upload it in a second.

It all sounds fishy to me. The car on ebay is or isn't your car?

i will have the dyno runs up for you guys soon and EVERY function in the car works including cruise control. I live in Miami, you better have AC, Cruise conrtol, etc with all the highways you have to drive on.

400hp is realistic. Tabacos first run on dyno was 387WHP at only 13lbs boost and little tuning.

http://www.solaraguy.org/viewtopic.php? ... highlight=

Many intercooled turbo cars run 20+ lbs of boost. I run 20lbs as the high boost setting on my streetcar. And our turbo little inline 4-cylinder rallycar engine built for durabilty puts out over 400HP.

Everything looks legit to me. The numbers checkout for the amount of psi he claims to be running. The pics, including the T67 hookup all look real. The pics arent exactly like anyone's solara here, so it doesnt look like hes scamming with someone else's solara.

And believe it or not, not everyone with a modded Solara has been on Solaraguy. If this guy produces sheets at 400whp, this might just be the most powerful dyno proven 1MZ Solara out there.

Just not a car I'd buy on Ebay w/o driving first

Its a big honking turbo and maybe too big to spool quickly as I'd like. Bigger is not always better. Without seeing pics of exhaust manifolds and wastegate, no way to guess how'd it perform in areas of lag and boost creep.

I'd have put an aluminium radiator in. The radiator in the pic looks out of a junkyard by the markings on it which makes me wonder. And the turbo housing right beside the radiator, air filter just behind radiator fan and front mount intercooler stuffed behind stock bumper cover aren't ideal. I prefer Rizal's layout at least in these aspects.

I know something else cooking. Will have to wait and see.
