No problem with the hijacking... we've all done it one time or another!

Not sure if spacers will help because that might get them away from the suspension components but push them farther out into your fenders!

Can you take off a wheel and look to see where it's rubbing inside?

I have 18x8.5 and running 225/40/18. If I hit a dip in the road and a nice speed, I will rub in the rear, not bad but enought that I do not like it. Go get you fenders rolled, or flared out a bit. Thats what I have planned for my Lara.

thankss again guys...since im in mass. im gunna go to the closest custom wheels shop n ask them if they know of any good places to roll my fenders......and i have been looking at a few diy and startin to get ideas haha
but im gunnna ask them for stores an if they say no cuz they all got chevys an they dont do these things ...ill come home take off the wheels an take pics to post them on
so yeah logically the spacer wont be of any use till i get the fenders flared? cuz like u said itll just allow my tyres center to get sliced an not just the side haha

and as for the camber i really wouldnt noe how to check for a bad one...but i think its still goood cuz its my baby lara an shes PERRRFECT haha:P ill get tht chkd out thanksss

^^ What Turbosolara means by "Bad" camber, is that you might want to get a camber kit (odd-shaped bolts for camber adjustment) to force negative camber on your rear wheels so they'll angle-in more and not rub as bad. It doesn't infer that anything is "wrong" with your ride.

with 30 offset, you should have no problem with clearing the strut, unless the tires are wider than 235/35/19. What section width and profile of your tires are should be written on the tire itself. You should have a problem with the rear fenders, not sure about the front. For 8" wide rim, the correct offset is +35 to +40.

If you do use a baseball bat, make sure to heat it up with a heatgun first or you will crack the paint, and give it a prime place to rust over the next few years.

I have 19" x 7.5 with 225/35/19 tires lowered on Tein springs and KYB strusts. No rubbing.. No problem mon!
