Just wondering if we did a group buy type deal maybe we could get someone to come up with a high flow y pipe similiar to the DATSrBoi one? Maybe Jim would be up for this?

There is nothing wrong with the JPP Y-pipe. It may be expensive, but you get what you pay for.
It is tested
It works
Its high quality

What more could you ask for?

Well I checked out JP's website and unfortuantely its available only with the headers. I've heard nothing but great things but I currently dont have 1400 or so to spend on that at the moment. Want to go with the whole JP system later on down the line once im supercharged but for the time being I just want to rock a 2.5 inch setup and a freeer flowing y pipe

You can get the y-pipe alone. I already asked. No need to get the headers if you don't want them.
I think its $400.
If you get a custom y-pipe, you need to becareful about the placement of the flex pipe. If its not positioned right, it'll break. <- That happened to me.

quick, when and who did you get this information from? A long time ago when EricSol was still on the forums, JPP did offer the Y-pipe alone. Only difference between the stock replacement y-pipe and the one that came with the headers is the flanges and slightly shorter runners from the headers.

I remembering emailing them a couple of months ago asking for the stock y-pipe replacement and they said it was no longer avail. Quick, if you have a hookup for it, please do share. :)
