Do you guys go back to Toyota to do it? It doesn't seem that expensive up here in Vancouver Canada.

Also I think I should get a B&M tranny cooler soon. I want the tranny to last a bit longer :)

Don't forget to change the air in your tires every 3000 or else your Toyota will fall apart. Better still get a Honda !

Mr. Guest- show your name and brain... you must be smoking your rice too hard... this is a TOYOTA forum, so why would you go and promote a different car, let alone Honduh?

who the hell changes their AIR in the tires every 3k?

why the hell did you post about air in the tires when the orginal thread is about transmission flushing.

Now back on topic. if the dealer does the flush for a decent price, then go for it. down here in Ca, i head to a local shop, b/c he does not charge tax and labor. check other local shops to get a good understanding of how much it should go for. Toyota usually charges preeeemo price.

I got mine from Summit. They had that best price I could find on one. Pretty quick shipper too, at least for me they were :).

(TRDMole177, that was a joke from a thread a while ago - not that it makes the post any more ON topic)

About the AT cooler, I think it's not that hard to install, just have to make sure everything hooks up properly and install the cooler in front of the radiator. Usually around 1 hour of work.

I had mine installed by a shop for $80. Basically, the bottom right corner of the transmission cooler is lined up with the bottom right corner of the radiator. It's black so unless I point it out to someone it's pretty much invisible. The shop used some plastic to cover the lines and protect them from rocks. Overall I think it looks great. I’ll go take a picture and send it to you.
