The wait is almost over. Here are the progress pics of the prototype gen 1.5 grill. The grill is not done, need some more layering and sanding but it gives the general idea of the grill design. As you can see...i decided to go with a clean design.

How will the mesh be attached? I'd like to be able to use my own mesh.

Actually,

I have yet to layout the mesh mouting. I am trying to keep the original stock skeleton as intact as possible. I have a few ideas that I'm kicking around though. Once I get the prototype, Ill throw some pictures up before I send it on to be molded.
