So I found these on ebay yesterday

Generic Photo

Called them up and spoke to someone on the phone to get a better idea of these strut mountable coilovers.

Supposedly they know a guy at KYB that used their CNC machine to fabricate this kit. Made by Krazy Kreationz.

W/ Spring rates of 750 front 450 rear

So whats everyone think??[/url]

Yeah, i researched a lot about the ground control ones after i found these and called them about it.

Said they put them on a solara (he got to keep them) and hey 'worked' find and looked good. But in the case of me Im a little worried the springs arent going to be that great and their cheaply made.

I have some Goldline springs (a lot of the Scion people have them) but I dont think the spring rates are that stiff cause even with Eibach's it feels a little bouncy still. And a few of my rear spring coils sit right ontop of each other.

But you cant help but wonder about new equipment...

Like I said, it was just a generic picture like a lot of ebay listings show, its for a different vehicle....

I asked for them to send me a picture of the actual solara kit, we'll see

thats koo, find more info. If its any good, that would be a better way to have an adjustable height suspension. Keep us informed.

i honestly dont think it will work with mcpherson struts... you do need a coilover type suspension for that kind of set up... correct me if im wrong

from what I have always learned and been told, coilover sleeves are garbage... they are poor quality and make the card ride very poorly. I have no personal experience with them, but I do know it isnt a true coilover.

Naw... that's just one of the Bush twins taking a walk!

Seriously - these AREN'T "coilovers" as its been pointed out already... rather an adjustable sleeve that fits over the top of the strut... but I can't imagine they're any good even at that.

If somebody goes for it, please post installation results and pics... and tell us how "great" the ride quality is! ;)
