Nobody has ever done it right, maybe put that towards a custom color like Royal Sapphire Pearl. The Solara has some body lines that nobody has managed to follow when they've gone two tone. You could shave your door handles, trim and trunk key hole as well. I think even Porsche Silver looks better than Toyota Silver. Just my .02 cents.

I am new but mine is two tone... I thought it came that way from the factory but apparently it didnt... I don't even know what color code the bottom tone is... so I have no idea of how to match it when I put a lip kit on later.

I will get you some pictures. It matches my 84 two tone Supra pretty well as far as style, etc.

I really don't like it from the side profile, what do you guys think from the pillars up only (black) on a DWP solara...(not wanting to say it..but like how z28's were)?? my car's already tinted..black would look good??? I say this as my car will be ready for paint in about three weeks, and i have until then to see what i want to do?

I'm surprised no one brought up Paladin06Greg's Solara. I like how his looks, it looks like it belongs with the car. He painted the pillars and roof.
