i really dont know if getting a bigger pipe would help boosted guys, we can get more air just by upping boost.

I dunno about the comparo with the other setup, but a bigger pipe on blown setups DOES help. (Quicker response, if not ultimate flow as well...)

My thoughts. (quantified by a supra experience, however... not a 'lara... but I'd imagine the principle is the same. Of course you would need the "gain" tuned accordingly... particularly throttle "on/off" dip/surge of fuel.)

I have full respect and dont question your knowledge of thoughts about the comparison, but I dont want to make this thread wander from the sale.

I still stand by my thoughts and no harm done Crisp, its nice to have different views and opinions.

Back to the point now, hehe SOMEONE BUY IT ALLREADY!

so is having the safc the same as having the tuneable?
so if i have the non tuneable... i could just get the safcII ?
or would it be better just swapping my nonetunable box with the tuneable from cpe?

As a matter of "BUMPING" this sale... let me just note that my comments WERE specific to the product, and FAVORABLE as well! I found my NON-BLOWN '04 'lara application to have NOTABLE improvements in RESPONSE and overall performance. If I owned an earlier BLOWN 'lara, and had the option to BUY the CP-e, I would plump down the $380 without hesitation... and as a matter of "reference", I have noted my previous observations in "larger diameter intake" application on a "different" blown application.

I don't own a 1-1.5, but the CP-e performance and durability on my 2nd gen has been GREAT!

G/L with the sale, it will happen and the decisive one among you all will be the victor. 8)

(CASTRO, I just want to make sure everyone knows that my intent was to support the product, price, and sale, but my first post was, to your observation, perhaps "unclear" in this point.) :sweet:
