common concensus here is
Desnso iridium if your s/c (i have these on my n/a)
and denso platinum if your n/a.

NKG & toyota OEM are the ones i'd use.

Haven't heard of them. "IF" you are thinking about replacing them then I would stick with OEM.

I read this forum every day and this post caught my attention enough to want to post.

I think the technology on this product is good even though you may all disagree with the price, but I tend to agree with the other posts who say just use NGKs or Densos. I currently use TorqueMasters on my RX300 and get better performance and lower HC (hydrocarbon) counts on my emissions tests than with the Densos I was using.

However, I have to keep in mind that living at about 7,000 feet in altitude with some really bad Mexican gas, such a device could come in very handy. My cousins currently uses Nology HotWires on his Golf VR6 and reduced his HC count to 5 and notices a litte more kick. I get in the teens, but beforehand was getting a little higher

However, if he or I had at least better quality U.S. gasoline and/or being at sea level I am sure the performance gap between this product and say a Denso/NGK plug would be noticeably diminished.

I just bought plugs from Autobarn for an 02' Solara 2AZ-FE 4 cyl. They were platinum... I go to change the plugs and I noticed a little sticky thing under the engine cover saying that it uses IRIDIUM PLUGS ONLY.

A search online for the plugs turns up both Platinums and Iridium Plugs.

I'm confused. I got 4x NGK BKR6EGP plugs. Install or no?
