FS or FT: 2001 SCed Solara - 52k miles

I'm just putting this out there as a feeler, but I might be selling my solara.

At this point, I have no intentions of parting out the car, so don't even bother calling dibs.

The car has been meticulously maintained. I have used Mobil 1 since I bought the car (@7k miles). The body / paint is in very good shape, except it has the standard dings and scratches from a 6 year old car. The car was always garage kept and rarely driven in the winter.

Asking price is 17k for the car, but I'd be willing to take a trade for an unmodded solara or camry + cash (if necessary).

KBB on the car is 10-11K, and there is at least 12k in mods.

A little more info:
I'm selling the car because I'm going to law school next year and taking my camry with me. For the last 4 years it has sat in my garage (started weekly and driven in the summer) while I was at college. With 3+ more years of school ahead of me, I don't want it sitting any more.
