You live in WA but getting a car from Salem... Are you in the Vancouver area or something? Sounds kinda far for a car purchase if that was the case.

Either way, congratulations on your purchase, and glad to see that you are a repeat Solara customer!

picked up my 08 last night... was planning on playing it cool when I first saw the car so I could finagle a better price. Out came my car from getting detailed and PDI. I took one look & I started getting teary eyed. I knew right then & there I was not going to get a price much under MSRP. DRAT! Those tears cost me big time! The conv is stunning. Black with the tan canvas top & Ivory & taupe interior looks very classy. Took it to Mt. St Helens today up through the curving mountain roads. The ride is smooth, responsive, quiet, and there was more power than I needed. Since the car was special ordered for the dealerships owner, it came equipped with some extras such as Nitrous in my tires, door jamb protectors that are next to impossible to detect, and a few other goodies. All in all, I am very satisfied with the car. Will post picture soon.
