I'm with you guys on the high end. I have a 50/50 mix of city/hwy driving and can easily squeeze close to 400 miles out of every tank.

see 400 seems about right, but i dont have a clue how u can get 500 out of a tank, especially in a v6 cuz that is 27 mpg on the dot, which is exactly what the car is rated for, i beleive. and i read somewhere that they test by putting the car on cruise control at 55 on a completely flat road, and we all know that the real world isnt like that...

I have no idea why, i can't ask the solara. :)

Maybe the brand of the gas? Somehow Valerro (1st week) is more miles than Chervon (2nd week)
