for that price, you should grab it, and do a before/after dyno on it, and let the rest of us know how it goes :-)

It does give power gains. The only problem with the gain is you will loose efficiency because the way the headers are design its will put more stress on your transmission because the engine may flow better, but now its loosing the tq band. The design also follows the theory too much where they try to equal lenth everything. But when you over size your headers and pipes, you need to give more power somewhere else to retain that push and pull on the exhaust system or else it will just cause uneven flow on an oversized pipe.

Ill find the thread later on why oversized pipes on a NA car=Bad on engine and tranny.

Why would just headers put strain on your tranny? If from just adding power then ya, but then all mods are shortening tranny/engine life to some extent
