300 bucks for just a muffler? :-?
hrm.. I'd save up and get a trd one just because I have one and I love the tone. not too loud, not stock quiet.. to me it's just perfect.
Or shop around and get a greddy evo2 catback, IF you can find one since they aren't made anymore.
or get the greddy evoI. which is the same but without the stainless steel part of it? (i may be wrong on that part )
where many hate, few will love,
But for those who love,
they'll see what it's like to live.

^ for the greddy evo I, the muffler itself is Stainless Steel, but the Midpipe is not. the Evo II on the other hand is full stainless steel.

yes TRD made a specific muffler for the solara... i dont think they make them anymore but you can still find them new and used... either on here (check the for sale gen1-1.5 section, often) or ebay... i could also be wrong about them being discontinued... someone will know for sure. the TRD exhaust looks a hell of a lot better than the HKS ones do.
you can buy the rsb from reggie ( NVDIS1 ) pm him and make sure he still has them in stock. best mod for the money.

Yeah TRD mufflers are pretty easy to find still brand new. The nice thing is that you dont need a shop to install it. You could probably put it on your car in 15min if you have the tools to just cut the bolts off because most likely they will be rusted.
