^^^ yea but there is no evidence its a hit and run since the guy who cut him off and caused the accident drove off

^ hes right.. I told the insurance company what happened.. and but its probably considered all my fault since the guy ran and not one person stopped to assist me

haha i mean theres nothing i can really do now.. i have to wait it out.. but if they dont total the car im gonna be pissed .. but by the looks of it .. it should easily total itself.. I will find out monday or by the end of the week what they are doing with the car and what they are paying me
