Anyone know anything about these?? I wanna go black with my headlights but i dont wanna spend that much. After reading tons of a posts on here i think if i read them correctly i could just pop some clear ones in the oven?? lol

i head quality is not the best...Search.

i did mine at home for a few extrabuck on the weekend.....eazy. see flash's tutorial.. 8)

Yeah, I looked at that. Looks like a decent product. I need new headlights all together or I would do it myself.

there are patches in the beam pattern, but the quality isnt as bad as everyone says... i like mine.

i have an hid kit, so to me the beam pattern is fine... it is a little spotty, but Id rather pay the price to have my front end look mean as hell... thats just me. The construction of the actual headlight is actually very nice, I dont know where this trend of them being really crappy came from... I thought the quality was fine on mine.

Oh ok well im about to purchase a H4 bi-xenon 6000k 35w pair would you think I can get some light through the black housing? just had to ask before I got more interested in buying the black headlights :)

its a hit or miss with the black housing headlights some have gotten great output some have gotten little output

^^^Yep, so true. I got one of the first ones and I'd say the fit and finish was good. The light output was decent, but nothing HID's couldn't fix :wink: Just note that some members did have glare to oncoming traffic, so beware. Also, make sure you point them down enough, because you will get pulled over if it's too high. I'd still have mine, if I didn't do the conversion.

I'd say buy them if you don't want to custom them from OEM.

I absolutely hated the quality and output on them, which is why I made my own. Cheaper and OEM quality...way to go.
