Why is it that i can find some body kits online for 300-500 bucks (full body kit), but then some others cost between 800-1000?? the cheap ones still say they are either made from the good stuff and its the full kit, i dnt understand why they are so much more cheaper, i'm looking for a body kit for gen 1, anyone help me find a cheap one please

Well, put it this way, if it's not a TRD/Kaminari lip kit it's not worth it. ALL the other kits are made of some kind of fiberglass and are still weak. Cheap or not they'll cost a grip to install them. None of them will bolt right up without some modifications unfortunately.

No, the full body kits are like the R34, black widow, etc. TRD/Kaminari are just full 7 piece lip kit. There was recently a group buy for them, but I don't know if you can get any right now. Sometimes you'll find members here selling their kits. I think Kaminari has a website where you can get their contact info and call them to see if any are available.

body kits need modification for exact fitting...... and it should be done by professional (body shops)

the lip kits are "plug & play" and have decent looks than body kits

PM xaviar on here (Kevin) you can get the Kamanari kit for less then $700...

Body kits will eventually double the price that you will originally pay for them cause all the painting, molding them with your car, and probably cracking easily...

The lip kits by TRD and Kamanari are made of polyurethane and wont break...as easily...

Lip kits are the way to go on cars these days. Body kits are played out IMO.

lip kits ftmfw.
where many hate, few will love,
But for those who love,
they'll see what it's like to live.
