Pictures look decent (ie, see everyones comments)

Car is coming along though. Both cars need a drop (or lower some more).

another thing. his car is lowered. he's got coilovers. he only raised it so he wouldnt be scraping his car along the road because over here there is a lot of bumps, and potholes. and in the city where he lives?... yeah you can get the idea lol.

Yeah dude, it's a decent camera, especially for its size. You can get a lot more out of it by reading up on it and practicing.

The links I posted were images taken with your EXACT model camera. I linked those to show you the potential your camera has. There are some very good shots in those.

3.2MP is fine for almost anything unless you plan to make huge posters or something... but most people don't have printers to support that. But they'll do perfect 8x10 shots EASY and if the camera has good optics (much more important than resolution) they can take flawless 11x14 shots.

95% of the people who have 5-7MP cameras have never / will never utilize that range... They take full sized shots and waste space on their hard drive or disks forever, when in fact they could probably never tell the difference between a solid 2MP camera and their mid grade 5MP camera...

I'd say hold on to the camera you have for now and practice with it. Maximize your ability with the camera's ability before you upgrade, and that way you'll appreciate it that much more...

But until then it's just a waste of money to upgrade. Your camera has tons of potential you haven't tapped.

My $.02

when you go to a spot with more lighting for the night shots, you should try using each others HID's to light up the cars even more.

you should upgrade to a new Camera, it really makes a difference in the photos.

my dad bought a Nikon Coolpix 5900 camera for about $270, its 5.1mp.

Cameras these days are getting smaller, I seen one where it is smaller than my hand, which is already small.

Well, the problem isn't entirely your camera, but rather technique... For darker shots, you need to hold the camera S T I L L... But even then it's not still enough in most cases, so that's where a tripod or at least balancing the camera on something should vastly improve it... And I know it's not an HP M415 (my old POS camera... I did a whole review once).
