Wow your insurance doesn't cover glass? I thought even the most basic policies covered it with no deductible.

Maybe you're not so lucky

The break in is the 4th time this year, first three they went for the corolla. I'm going broke.

New rear side window quote came back to be $600+ (no crap)

Used one with installation comes to be about $170

do you guys think it's reasonable at $170? I'm thinking about going to the local junkyard to get one and have it installed for about $40. How much do you guys think I have to pay at a junkyard?

Sorry to hear about the breaking they are retarded I had my 98 Camry broken in for change being visible learn my lesson that plus there are places you can't leave your car aswell

Ugh! What a pain! Sorry to hear that.

However, I'd break my own window to have that cop show up. My luck, I'd get Bubba to 350# doughnut eating champion of the force.

But you would totally get owned by yourself if a dude cop shows up.

Not to mention female cops are extreme hard-asses when you rub them the wrong way... You gotta remember that the female training course consists of shipping them to Myanmar, tempting them with 1 year of having penis kept at long distances away, brainwashing masturbation out of their brains, and the only way to graduate is if she is an antisocial bull-dike with ALL traces of femininity removed (except sexually identifying parts to an extent; now you know why there are rarely female cops that go beyond a B cup)...

In other words, they're field-toughened to the point where NO orgasm will ever remove their bitchiness... Ironically a cop himself told me this.

What friggin' idiot does that? How does he even know he's going to like your tunes?

Hope insurance covers the class replacement. Just remember... could have been worse. Think of all the stuff you've left in you car in the last year... I'm sure there's some things that would have been harder to replace than a couple CDs and a window.

Yeah, there was a break-in spree about a month ago... For some reason our guard isn't hired to come in until 11AM (we open at 9), but some jackass broke into 7 cars before he came :o ... One guy lost some cash in the center console, all the change in his ashtray, a gold chain, textbooks, and a watch...

My car didn't get broken into (but then again though stock I had an alarm; the cars that did were older ones without it AND I parked in front of the store that day), but my laptop was taken from a friend's car when we went to catch a bite 2 days prior... So if all you're missing is some burnt CDs, count yourself as lucky, launch Nero back up and burn 'em again.

...By the way did you put genuine store purchased CDs on the police report? It'll go from $$$ to $$$$ :evilbat: ......

At least they were nice enough just to break your window (easy fix) and not scrape up your car door trying to break in. Sucks for sure, hope all works out.
