Yeah I agree with you. in those years early 90's 255hp was a lot. It makes the RX7 the most powerful Mazda os its time. The weight /power ratio are similar between 93 RX-7 turboed and RX-8.

Man, does edmunds.com crack its head on the floor ??
3810 pounds for the RX-8 ???
3810 for 232 bhp !! worst than a Solara Gen 2 !! Cannot be right !!
http://www.edmunds.com/used/2007/mazda/rx8/100793778/specs.html

I watch some RX-8 on the quarter mile doing around 14.5 sec.
I tell myself that my 14.8 sec big black Solara is not that bad after all.

Hope you to find the color and package that you're seeking !! Not an easy one tho !

Brian -

For the right price I'd dump it and just get something else - I'm hardly driving it that much now and will even less once I get fully moved up North.

BTW - the custom signatures have been eliminated, thankfully. New Y-pipe going in next week... will be ready for pick-up when you are! ;)

Don't tempt me! LOL :o

Yours is by far the best modified Gen2 drop top online here. Down2TheC is a close second. It was your car that inspired me to look for a convt.

This is one beautiful ride. Thumbs up to ya brother.
