oh i can understand that.. but the only feedback i have got other than talking to the company myself, is buying a set for my fog lights.. that is what sold me.. i tried several other companies stuff and non of it was all that great.. this one was made specifically by GE and with their reputation, i figured i couldnt go wrong.. after i bought and installed that other kit, i figured right.. that is really all i can say.. so contact the company if you want first.. i am going to post all the companies info up tomorrow under a new topic

I Am asking if YOU have any Credibility, I know the lights are cheap (hence the price). You have only been here a month, how do I know you are not going to jack anyone?

Get what I am asking now?

Milt we are all paying the guy separate .. so its not really a group buy , just a group discount. Hopefully we can get it for a little cheaper than 70 because the kits cost 80 shipped. and we have about 10 people buying them

actually the kits are normally priced at $140 each.. $80 was the first thing i was trying to get from him.. then i got him to $72 shipped.. still working on more.. but probably not going to get much better than that if it does.. $70+ is worth it tho..
he is suppossed to let me know by this afternoon

here is a pic of the brightness of the 8000k fog lights.. you can just barely see my headlights 10000k in the distance (on the street next to the silver Cougar and on the stop sign).. the headlights were the cheap ebay kit.. know better now.. and the fog lights are this kit thats up for group buy.. huge differnce

ok, last questions. So when you go to use ur high beams with HIDs does the light get any brighter or will the intensity remain the same? I thought with xenon vehicles they didnt have high beams or need them, so why I ask. And finally, is there any way to have HID fogs and still retain yellow light? Just use yellow lenses for isntance and then just use HID kit in place of the bulb? That's something else I may be interested in

you cant use high beam unless your hid bulb has two bulbs. as stated in this thread on page one. and for fogs you can get a 3000k hid kit which will be a yellow color

intensity remains the same.. just changes the direction of the beam to focus up more in front of you
you can get the the H4s with hi/low or just the low.. either way.. im getting just the low for my headlights.. i dont need the highs

the HID fogs in yellow would be the 3000k bulbs.. if you are wanting just plain white light, then get 5000k bulbs.. 3000k bulbs will shine yellow and are HIDs
