Now that stupid dealer told me that the TRD bushing is going to take 7-10 BUSINE$$ days to come. And now I'm driving without the SWB, will that cause a lot of problem except on corning? I just go slow in the corner....or this can be a practice on how to control ur bad solara...haha

You can ask them to overnight it.
W/o sway bar, you will be severely understeered.

I had a loose nut and it was very understeer. just be careful.

I got it installed at the dealer today, charged me 210 for it...and it's on street. I will go back home and change it to track. But it's so smooth on corners!

I got fustrated as well and was forced to take it to the dealer, but just remember, you're going to have to re-install it every year when you re-grease the bushings.

now i try to change to track setting and the stabilizer link is only fit on the street setting which is how it installed from the dealer this morning. Do I really have to take the other 4 bolts off to and readjust everything again to make it track?? or i should just leave the way it is...took me enough time and $ to get this stupid bar install :x

You might as well just leave it like it is, at least for awhile. Give yourself a chance to test it out in different driving situations to see how you like it on the current setting. You can always change it later.

Whoa, that shouldn't be the case. I had all four bolts on and tried both settings without a problem. Make sure your car is jacked up when you're doing this. Dont believe in what others say here that you have to lower your car off the jack to install the end links.

You have to jack both rear wheels up to change settings. Otherwise the wheel on the ground will press the RSB up and you can't change anything.

actually i got the car ramp and i pulled the car on the ramp. I took both of the bolts out where you set the settings, but it seems the link is long for me only to put it on street.

that's why you have to jack up the car a little, so that not all of the weight is on the struts and so it wil raise up a little and allow you to put the link in.

I ordered the RSB for my car a short time ago, but have not put it in yet. Do any of you have the stock front bar and the TRD RSB installed? I was hoping that the TRD RSB would help eliminate the viscious understeer the factory set up has. My last car was a Volvo 850 GLT with Koni adjustables, IPD sturt tower brace, Eibach springs, sub frame connecttors with ladder links, and the car was 100% neutral in the turns. What Do I have to do to my new EconoBox Solara for that kind of steering?
