i've looked for this exact topic and found nothing. i just want to see how the beam pattern looks and how much brighter over stock they are.
i do plan to get a retro done, but not for a couple months so i want to see how it will be till i get it done.

look in all the recent HID topics and you can see many pics of them

the beam pattern will look almost identical to the stock headlight beam pattern, it will just throw the light a bit farther (assuming you dont go over 6k, then it really isnt going to throw much more light IMO)

here you can see the fog lights producing much more light.. my headlights you can see in the distance the silver car ahead and stop sign.. the fog lights are 8000k and the headlights are 10000k.. dont get any 10000k headlights! they suck and hardly produce enuf light

well i plan to do 6000k for the fogs and 5000k for the headlights. but i just wanted to see how it will b e till i save up for my retrofit. i'll have to wait till i get home to view the pics since they have them banned at work. (i work in the ER on the trauma team)

like i said before, i plan to get a retro from customlightz.com but i dont plan to get them till after winter. new england winters suck and i dont want to risk them shitting out on me. thanks guys!

BTW, im new to this forum, my name is Dan, im 26 and I bought my solara about 6-7 months ago. im new to toyotas, but ive had a couple decent hondas (turbo B16 CRX, h22a EK ) so excuse me if im not to up on toyota motors and what not just yet.
