Quick question, how difficult is it to install hid on our cars? What is the best light output? And any pro's and con's? Thanks for your input..

Hids are great.. there pretty simple to install. you just have to find a good spot to mount them, also most kits are plug and play.. also best light out put would be from 4300k-5000k .. Spend the money its well worth it.. i believe someone is trying to start a group buy. so just look around.. Ebay has kits for about 90$ Generic

yeah theyre worth it, i just installed a set the other day... im not very mechanically inclined and it only took me 20 minutes or so... most the time spent was trying to get the hid bulb in the drivers side headlight... tight fit.
i use 6000k and im very happy with them. perfect balance of white and blue.

off topic but whatever....

anyone know which position the beam shield (long metal thing connected to the hid's) is supposed to be in? i.e. on top, bottom, etc....

you only wired it up to your high beam... you need to wire both your low and high beam wires.. only one ground is needed
