its preference more than any one better than the other

Yeap what "fastsolara" said.
Most people get the HID kit wit hi and low beam.
But only retorfit of certain projectors are bi-xenon.
By the way which i'm doin'.
2000 Solara SE auto V6. Diamond White Pearl.
Top Speed Run finished at 130 mph. :o
Too many modifcations for the signature.

Bi-Xenon is the way to go for visibility, but you'll need to have a Gen1.5+ to properly pull it off... It's doable in a Gen1, but I'm the type that flashes my high beams at the high amount of idiots that pop up around here all the time.

hmm,

I have gen 1, and bixenon HID, i have no problem with flashing people during day or night time.

Well there IS no problem per se (e.g. there's still light output), but the xenon bulb less unstable before it warms up for a minute and therefore will cut the bulb life short.
