yea, fuel pump, when i was making 200whp, the top end, after 5800rpms, it was running real lean. I went over JoeB's thread as well as other people on here and also some advice from others like eye8pussies and also my dyno tuners, as well as Jim @ foreign affairs who told me i would definitly need a fuel pump upgrade, thats why i did the walbro 190lph buy for URD, where the brought the pumps back online, 4 others from this board ordered from that "group buy".

So yea, in the end, its the fuel pump helping out the leaning that was happening before. The 1mz motor, like what JoeB said, loves to run a tad bit rich up on the top end.

dawgs why did teh Knock sensor Go .......???? you seem to have all the mods to avoid such an event .....what went wrong ???

^^^^ Solara knock sensors are too small and weak. They Can break easy even if you have proper mods. It just depends who goes through it and who does not. Mine blew on stock boost. Others at 5.5. Some at 7.

Well, like i said, they messed up, the guy who tunes my car regularly was not there, so the other guy that was with him usually ran it a bit too rich, which caused the front knock sensor to blow.
