XERD Headers, Exhaust and Intake Update 6/28/03

Postby XERD » Sat Jun 28, 2003 7:47 pm

Hello everyone,

We are done with the prototype of the headers, exhaust and intake for the V6 Solara. We are going into productions this coming week and should be ready to start shipping shortly.

Once we get the first production version we will dyno the car and share all of the info and dynos with the rest of you.

We want to release pictures on the production piece however i have been getting a lot of e-mails asking to see pictures now. Sometime during the week we will post one or 2 pictures so everyone can see but these pictures would only be of the prototype piece (production version will look 100 times better).

Estimated price for the stainless steel headers would be $899.00, stainless steel cat-back exhaust $599.00 and the cold-air intake around $200.00. Please keep in mind this is not the final pricing and might be adjusted once is released.

These parts will fit all versions of the V6 Solara, made out of stainless steel and will offer a 3 year warranty against cracking and any manufacturer defects.

We have a lost of people who E-mailed us and let us know they were interested in the products (mostly headers). We will contact everyone and start a new list of how many people want what product.

We needed at least 15 people in order to make the headers and we got over 25 so far. Once we will get 15 orders for the exhaust and intake each, we will go into production on them.

If anyone has any questions please e-mail us at sales@xerd.com or call us at 818-889-3737.

Thanx, Eyal

Does the headers come with a y-pipe and a aftermarket cat? You can put me down for a CAI for sure!

The headers do include a y-pipe.

I am very confident that everyone will be very pleased the horsepower gain, we only design and make parts that make power, otherwise it would a waste of time and money for all of us.

More updates will come soon.

Thanx, Eyal
