Brakepads are wearing out and low on brake fluid.

Top it up with dot3/dot4 brake fluid and check how much % of the pad is left.

I had the same problem, all you need to do is top off your brake fluid. and it will go away.

for now.......but the question remains, why is your brake fluid low?

aha, maybe its front pads you need.
