i guess the guest is from canada...

with N/A you are able to use the lowest grade (87 or bronze)
however with a S/C'd car you will have to use (91, gold or higher)
the power of 8

I used to think the same thing... lol I actually get higher milage using 91 w/ a full load. 89 normally (now... i used to use 91 only) but I tend to use 89 now... (around 30 or so more miles everytime I put 89 when comparing to 91 w/ normal load...) 02 4-cyl.

If you're NA, it's really an unneccesary expense to buy premium gas.

I use the cheap stuff, what is it 87? I think I get poor gas mileage, I drive local nearly 90% of the time and usually get about 250-300 miles to the tank.

93 Octane - 4 Cylinder N/A - A big waste of money? Yes, but I buy it anyway :).

Piece of Mind :). Also the station here offers 87, 89, and 93. Basically, I saw this thing on 20/20 like 5 years ago where they tested gas at the pump and found alot of "87" octane was more like 70. Ever sense then I always buy the most expensive gas the station offers. I know it's total overkill, but some how I feel better about the high number, plus it's fun to say "Premium" to the kid that does the gas :).
