Best thing to do is to file some kind of complaint with the Better Business Bureau or whatever authority the place has to answer to. If you go in there with some kind of action already taken, it will be much more intimidating in showing you mean to take action. I'm sure a place that is as negligent as the one you're dealing with deals with lots of disgruntled people. Don't just be one of them, show em you'll be a real pain and prove it. Tell them you've already filed a complaint and that if it's not resolved to your liking (ie reimbursement) then you'll take it to small claims court (which is actually very easy and cheap..i know it's about 35 dollars in TX to file, which is normally all it takes to get a result).
