This might actually fit rite up, all that it might need is to cut that pipe that is stickn out of the rear header's flange....not sure tho.

You might think about fixing it. I don't think anyone would buy it in that shape. Get it fixed for $75 and ask $175(?)
I'm just trying to help you sell it, don't take offense.
Or just sell it cheaper and consider it a learning experience. R&D is very expensive. :o
