I'm gunna piece the other guesses together, and go with grill hood and lip kit for my final answer. Just seems to follow a trend there. :P

Edit: Wait. I read the quotes wrong. Ix-nay on the lip-ay.

Shocks?

aw dude looks like youre gonna be lowered very very soon
thats awesome
one thing i noticed about my renova grill is the very corner near the driver side is detatched at 1 of their attatchment points. Im kind of pissed off about that and ill probably have a body shop lay in a better mesh and attatch it alot better
but the renova grill makes the car look way different
good stuff 8)

^yeah i had to do a lot of sanding and dremeling on mine to get the firtment to where I was happy before it went to paint... I also removed the mesh and redid it since it wasnt on quite right and i wanted it off for paint. Thats awesome you got a cf hood too! ive been thinking about it, but not sure if I want to do it... cant wait to see yours bro!

what type of mesh did you replace it with and how did you secure it?
That gunky black shi.t they use at the renova factory looks like crap and doesnt hold worth a damn.

Yeah.
Same wit mine, some of the black "paint" started to come off the grille, i'm goin' to have my body shop take the grille of sand that sucker down and repaint it black and put on better glue to hold it in place.

seriously sleeper, for the number of posts you have, you should be giving advice about solara jet engine swaps! lol, you'd be an expert if it was based on post counts! (I didn't realize you had 6000+!) but hey, congrats on the new parts, you'll be very happy with the changes in look/ride!

I noticed that "glue" on there is terrible as well... I used the same mesh that came with the grille, I just noticed that it wasnt fitted right from the factory and was barely glued on. I actually removed it, had it painted, then repositioned it and attached it with Bondo- however, I used the instant Bondo filler in a tube. This is a different consistency than regular Bondo and dries very quickly in the sun. Its really tacky and dries almost like a rubber, so it has held up very well.

I know it sounds crazy to use Bondo, but it holds really well. It is for automotive use and comes in a cylinder tube.
