I was quoted 2k to paint everything. Inc the engine bay, door stills, and anywhere else. Then again..It might have been a hookup price?

Good paint job will tell you that they will remove the original paint 1st.

Charinee has the best paint job so far. 8)

My celica p/job costed me $1,600 - it entailed scraping the paint to the bare metal, and then adding some greay coating (like primer for cars)..and then a few coats of paint...basically bring the car back to its factory shine....that was in 2001 (with a hookup price). If your talking about just a respray, then those are cheaper...but it all depends on what you are wanting...here's a pic of me celi hood to show the shine...(mind you this is a 13 yr old car!!)...

A good paint job will run you 2-3k. Some paint jobs use insane paint and as gunman said it could be upwards of 5k just for paint.
