spark plugs: make sure you get a double-tipped platinum plug. i've got denso iridium IK22, but that would be useless for you if you are NOT supercharged.

wire set: NGK Blue's, Magnacore, or maybe Nology wire sets. Magnacore's you can contact Sander at TWS; NGK's are at http://www.groupbuycenter.com; and you gotta search around for Nology wires...

good luck

you might need a relpacement seal when you remove the intake manifold since that was the only way to get to the rear plugs.

I had mine replaced at 83K and the plugs were still nice and clean, the wires too.

Is it absolutely necessary to change the wires when you change your plugs?

I'm almost at 62k on my N/A V6 and I am gonna put in Denso Platinums (part #3253 @ autozone). Is it worth going for Iridiums? They are almost double the price of the platinums.
