Gen 1.5 HID Picture Request

Postby SolaraGuy22 » Fri Mar 14, 2008 5:19 pm

Anyone have any shots of their gen 1.5 with them? I just want to see how it looks head on. All the searching and favorite links I've saved have gen 1 and 2's.

The reason I ask is because I'm finally going to be putting mine in that I bought for Christmas lol. I was having some issues with the car so I didn't want to install them but it's all better now. (had to buy a new idle control valve http://www.lexuspartsworld.com/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=521)

Thanks in advance

Nice and bright! Good thing the 1.5's have the 9005/9006 bulb option compared to the H4's, makes everything that much easier and functional. Not to mention projector mods to clean up the light dispersal.

Mr Chunkz!!! Post pics of your front end with the projectors on please?!

Perfect Gangis! Thanks for the quick response. I mainly wanted to see how it looked with the fogs on. Guess I'll be buying a set for those as well. Now it's a matter of color: yellow, white, blue. hmmmm

I also just found this too. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2398488 HID's in every bulb. Now that's what I'm talking about.

Thanks again bro.

It's recommended that you go with 3000k yellow for the fogs since that color works the best. However, if you'd rather not have yellow HIDs, at least have it match the color temperature of those in your headlights. :)
