looks pretty good! you just got to figure out something to do about the edges and the glue...maybe a black trim or something?

I think you're better off making it yourself than paying so much for others to do ti

Went to home depot and got some long threaded screws and nuts.

Did test fitting on the car with the lense off so i can get the beam correct.

Drilled and mounted the screws, then the Dremel ran out of juice while i was cutting one of the bolts.

Note to anyone who is gonna buy a dremel, dont buy a portable one...lol

Gonna do the rest tomorrow, should be done tomorrow!

I made it with the help from my stove and my oven and then a friend's heat gun @ the end.

its hard to describe but its a fairly long ass process.

^ still in the process of getting them done.

I should have them done tonite/tomorrow.

all that is left to do is spray paint the housing, and seal the lense on the housing with the black silicone.

Oh, and some JB weld on the nuts too.

Honestly, if i didnt have this spring break to relax and devote time to this project, i dont think it would have been done for months since it takes alot of time aiming the projectors correctly, mounting them correctly, then fitting and testing, then taking them off and securing everything so it doesnt ever move agian.

sweet.
